These terms cover use of zealve.com and participation in Zealve early-testing programs. Product subscriptions (Chatroom, RMS, AdPilot) are governed by the individual subscription agreement presented at onboarding, which supersedes these terms for that service.

Early testing

Early releases are pre-commercial software provided as-is for evaluation. Features, pricing and availability may change before general availability. Founding-member rates are a commitment to listed early testers and remain in effect for as long as the subscription stays active.

Fair use of this site

Don't attack, scrape abusively or misrepresent yourself through this site's forms. Form submissions found abusive (automated flooding, fake records) may be removed.

No warranties / liability

This website is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zealve is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here constitutes professional, financial or legal advice — figures shown in calculators are illustrative models, not guarantees.
