This policy covers zealve.com and the early-testing sign-up forms on it. Product-level privacy terms (Chatroom, RMS, AdPilot) are provided with each product agreement and follow PDPL-aligned practices for Gulf deployments.

What we collect

When you submit an early-access or contact form, we store the details you give us: your name, work email, business name, country and product interest. We do not use third-party tracking pixels on this site, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone outside Zealve.

How we use it

Solely to contact you about early testing, onboarding and product updates you asked for. Every email we send includes a way to opt out. We keep sign-up records for up to 24 months, then delete them if no engagement followed.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a private database on Zealve's managed hosting infrastructure with access restricted to the Zealve team. You can request a copy or deletion of your record at any time by emailing hello@zealve.com.
